Pellix ("we", "us", or "our") provides an Amazon analytics dashboard for sellers and agencies. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We collect information you provide when you register, including your name, email address, and Amazon Seller / Advertising account credentials (via OAuth). We do not store your Amazon passwords.
We use your information to provide the Pellix service — including retrieving your Amazon sales, inventory, advertising, and order data via the Amazon Selling Partner API and Amazon Ads API — and to communicate with you about the service.
Data is stored securely on Cloudflare infrastructure. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to operate the service.
Data retrieved via the Amazon Selling Partner API and Amazon Ads API is used solely to display your own business analytics within the Pellix dashboard. This data is not shared with other users or third parties.
Pellix uses session cookies for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@pellix.co.uk.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of Pellix after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
